Class Details & Format
📌 Location: San Jose, CA – Outdoor, real-world settings
📌 On-Road Classes – Limited to five riders per class
📌 Off-Road (Mountain Biking) Classes – Limited to three riders per class
📌 Hands-on instruction using your own bike
We strongly recommend bringing the bike you plan to ride regularly, as different manufacturers use various shifter designs (e.g., Shimano vs. SRAM), which can affect shifting techniques.
Important Pre-Class Preparation
✔ Bike Fit: You should have already been fitted for your bike before attending class.
✔ Basic Adjustments: We will do a quick saddle height check and safety inspection at the beginning.
✔ Come Prepared: Learning these skills early helps you develop good riding habits that will become second nature over time.
